The number of homeless students in the East Valley continues to grow, according to school districts. As of December 5, 1,401 students have been referred to a homeless family liaison for the Mesa Unified School District. Some of those students will be put on the National School Lunch program, while others will be referred to social workers...A woman was tossed from her car in a wreck on the eastbound Loop 202 in Gilbert early this morning.
