The United States Postal Service has stopped deliveries in a West Valley neighborhood after two mail carriers were attacked by a dog. People in the neighborhood, near 62nd Drive and Hubbell Street, say they've been without mail for almost 10 days. A USPS spokesperson says delivery was suspended following the dog attacks, and that investigators plan to return to the area to decide if it's safe to resume mail service...The Arizona Snowbowl ski resort in Flagstaff is scheduled to open on Thursday. Roughly 80 percent of the slopes will be open, and a Snowbowl spokesman says the resort's calling in as many of the 400 to 500 employees it hired this fall to help staff the ski area...Scottsdale-based company Taser International Inc. received an order from the Cleveland Police Department for 400 electronic stun-guns. The order includes accessories for the stun-guns. The full amount of the contract was not disclosed.
