​A group of 25 to 30 hunters are believed to be stranded in northern Arizona after the recent winter storm. A Coconino County Sheriff's Office spokesman says there are eight hunting groups, some including children, with whom they're trying to communicate. Some hunters have been reached via cell phone, but the problem is that they may be several miles from paved roads. Temperatures in Flagstaff, near the area where the hunters are stranded, were below freezing this morning...The Mesa Police Department made 187 arrests last month in a 20-day operation called "Fall Freeze." The operation was designed to crack down on gang activity, and 101 of the arrests were for felony offenses. 36 firearms were also seized during the operation...An El Mirage man, Rene Martinez, was arrested after police spotted him in a car with two teenage girls, both of whom appeared to be intoxicated and partially undressed. The trio had apparently been drinking in Martinez's car at the park. Martinez was booked and charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor...

​HealthNet Insurance had a hard drive stolen in May, but didn't report it missing until mid-November. The computer drive contains Social Security numbers for more than 30,000 Arizona customers from 2002 to 2009, but HealthNet says the information on the drive was encoded and there have been no reports of abuse. The company said it took six months to complete a forensic review of computers to determine what exactly was missing...Glendale police say a man is injured after an early-morning shooting near 59th Avenue and Northern. Police say they received a call about a dispute at an apartment complex, and when they arrived, a man was shot. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries...An Ahwatukee man was arrested for allegedly "terrorizing" his neighbors. Robert Franklin, 52, is accused of throwing firecrackers under cars and shooting out lights with a pellet gun over a period of two years. The arrest was the culmination of a two-year investigation by police.
