A Phoenix man was hit by a  car and then allegedly assaulted by the female driver. Police suspect the incident is a domestic-violence issue, and are searching for the driver, who fled the scene. The man reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital...The owners of Scottsdale restaurant Salty Dog were arrested and charged with selling drugs and money-laundering. The establishment, now closed, was known for its scantily-clad waitresses, who served food until 4 a.m.
