Hundreds of people rallied at the State Capitol yesterday to protest hikes in child-care-licensing fees. Protesters urged Governor Jan Brewer to use stimulus funds to delay the fee increases. A spokesman for Brewer said the suggestion was "worth considering"...Police are trying to identify a body found in a dumpster at the Fountain Place apartments in Glendale. They would not release the age or the sex of the victim.
