A 7 year-old elementary school student in Cave Creek was sent home by school officials because they say he'd gone back to class too soon after having the flu. The boy's parents say they followed all guidelines and believe their son's right to an education is being denied because of the flu scare...The 9-year-old boy from St. Johns accused of shooting his father and his father's friend to death last year could learn his fate today. A judge reportedly planned to have the boy committed to intensive in-patient therapy, but Apache County says it doesn't have the money for the extended treatment...Microsoft will open its very first retail store, in Scottsdale, today. The opening at Fashion Square Mall coincides with the release of Microsoft's new operating system, Windows 7. A second store is planned for California.
