But many local agencies, including the Glendale Police Department and the Scottsdale Police Department, say they have no plans to increase their Taser purchases...A village in Lincolnshire, England suffered a power outage after a woman's thong got caught in overhead power cables. About 17 homes and businesses were without power until crews were able to free the entangled undergarment.
