Violent Fugitive on the Loose in West Valley, Says DPS

• <p>DPS bagged this guy April 23rd hiding in an abandoned trailed in the desert outside of Whitman AZ. </p>

• <p>Since when does he have another kid?? <br /> I though i only had 3 other siblings?</p>

• <p>Az native, are you serious? this guy needs to be put down. he has a history of criminal activity and should be hung for everything he's done in our community. From dealing drugs to guns, being a deadbeat dad and I'm sure many other things as well. he just recently got out of prison as well. FYI, the law states that you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. what reports are you reading BTW? he's gone to court for many issues, it's time to do your homework. he needs to be hung. this guy has had issues with the law since he was a kid. he's a menace to society and a paper weight in our state and city. what pisses me off the most is that he's a deadbeat dad. do I have a personal issue with this guy? Yes! Do I know this guy on a personal level? No! but I do know some of his old acquaintances. He'll get caught, and I hope they put him on the firing line and rid him of his status in our city and state. </p>

• <p>Dangerous get real?????according to dps who isn't armed and dangerous according to them everyone is..he's not dangerous ....In arizona its become a survival tactic to just live....and why do they got to put this all on blast, when theres serious fugitives out on the streets, kidnapping children, molesting them, killers..and you guys put this dude on here for trying his darnest to get away from cops..theres people everyday ducking and dodging them , but you don't see them all on the news and on blast..help the streets, not assuming.. what is stated in law guidlines is NOT GUILTY until proven guilty..this guy hasn't even went to court according to all these reports..anyways piss off arizona..</p>

• <p>Oh where art thou Joe? Get him Joe, he looks Hispanic? Oh... that's right -- this one is actually a high value target to apprehend, Joe is not interested. His deputies might actually have to get dirty with this one -- won't look good for the photo op. I guess DPS or some other professional police agency will need to get this one. Let's just hope Arpaio's deputies don't let him walk out of the courtroom.</p>

• <p>Arpaio enforces all the laws all the time, but he doesn't care about the census which is mandated by law.</p> <p>I think our aged, saggy-scrotum pseudo-lawman should serve a serch warrant on the census department to get the names of illegals that he can go round up.</p> <p> </p>

• <p>The BEST way to capture this guy is to check cars for license plate lights, cracked windshields, and tail light problems. After all that is how most murderers are caught according to a high ranking Law Enforcement source.</p> <p>Seriously, good luck and safety to those that pursue this guy!</p>

• <p>What?! The Sheriffs are not going after him? The last time I remebered correctly, arpaio only goes after uh,...how shall I put it? Non-violent types? Corn vendors? Janitors, maids and most definately Mexican mothers.<br /> As a matter of facto, I don't recall joe-joe a-hole being a lawman but rather a comedy act.</p>

• <p>Thanks for keeping me honest. It wasn't Glendale -- the location was between Glendale Avenue and Bethany Home. My bad. It's now corrected in the post.</p> <p>As for whether 27th Avenue is west enough to be called "West Valley:" Isn't anything west of 19th Avenue "west side?" </p>

• <p>FYI, Glendale starts at 43rd Ave - 27th is nowhere near Glendale, and hardly what this native thinks of as "West Valley"</p>

• <p>Hope they arrest him...Don't know what good it will do though since Bozo Joe crack court deputies will let him escape.</p>
