The suspect is described as a man 25 to 35 years-old, with a thin build and glasses...As part of a bankruptcy reorganization, Ritz Camera will close nine locations in the Valley, including those at Fiesta Mall in Mesa and the Summit at Scottsdale...And a woman in Texas apparently thought not having enough shrimp in her fried rice was a big emergency, as she called 911 and asked the dispatcher to send an officer to investigate the restaurant's lack of shrimp. The complaining customer had left by the time police arrived at the restaurant.
