It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this is a good deal.

The Arizona Science Center will offer free general admission to the public the weekend of April 25 and 26, thanks to sponsorship by Fry's grocery stores. That's a savings of nine dollars for adults and seven for children -- so bring the whole brood.

Of course, the Center still plans on making money that weekend, and not just in that sorry excuse for a food court. The Star Trek exhibit, IMAX theater, planetarium and other attractions all cost extra, as usual.

But if you're frugal, skip the extras, bring your own bottled water and smuggle snacks. It's only logical.
