Without proof that these "doctor fish" and their flesh-eating service has ever hurt anyone, it's hard to imagine why the state would want to throw back Vong's entrepreneurial idea. "Fish pedicures" are supposedly popular in Asia, and Vong claims that offering the treatments has boosted business.
