Alas, after three years of asking Valley dwellers about their musical tastes, What Are You Listening To? is coming to an end. Today, Up on the Sun has been gracious enough to feature my own tastes as the farewell blog, and after week after week of putting this blog together, I couldn't be more thrilled. Let me have it -- tell me what you think of some of my favorite music here in the comments.

When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station would play right now? Definitely Howard Stern. If I am not listening to Stern, I'm usually listening to KTAR or sports of some sort.

What's the first album you bought? Totally cliché, I know, but it was only the best-selling album ever, Michael Jackson's Thriller.

What's the first concert you saw?
That would be Night Ranger.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to?
Kid Rock, no question.

When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station would play right now?
I think I may have left it on the country station last time I was in the car: 107.9 FM or 102 5-FM -- on a country phase.

What's the first album you bought? I believe it was DC Talk on cassette tape. Then that cassette broke. I was devastated, and thankfully a CD of DC Talk came out shortly after, and I bought that one.

What's the first concert you saw? Does anyone remember Carman? That may have been one of the first when I was young. The first really memorable one was when I won free backstage passes to Hanson and met them backstage. I was 10, I think.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to? Hmm. The Keith Urban/Kenny Chesney concert or Toby Mac -- they had so much energy and impressive dance moves.

When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station would play right now? NPR. KJZZ 91.5 FM from my morning commute.

What's the first concert you saw?

Honestly, I think it was Ozzfest with Danzig. I have an epic story about a flaming trash can and a spontaneous mosh pit.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to?
Rogue Wave. Every time was surreal.

Preferred format: CD, vinyl, cassette, 8-Track or digital?
The only right answer is vinyl, of course.

What's the first concert you saw? The Iron Butterfly. Back-up was an unknown band by the name of Fleetwood Mac.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to? Modest Mouse, Nita's Hideaway, November 11, 2003 -- my favorite band playing a great small venue. Or Hot Chip at Coachella 2010. I was in the middle of a crowd of thousands dancing in unision. It was like being in a flock of birds.

When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station would play right now? NPR or 106.7 KWSS-FM.

What's the first album you bought? Salt-n-Pepa, Very Necessary. I remember getting it in the mail and spending all night memorizing the lyrics.

What's the first concert you saw?
Bush, Goo Goo Dolls, and No Doubt in Rapid City, South Dakota. My parents let me take their Suburban and four friends on an 8-hour road trip the day after I turned 16. We were front row, right in the center of the mosh pit the entire concert. My friends and I were covered in bruises, and it was completely worth it.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to? Rock am Ring in Nürburgring, Germany. It is a 3-day music fest on the Formula One racing track. Everyone camps overnight on the side of the track. There are four different stages where you can rock out to great bands. The best part is, you can come and go as you please, and you can bring in your own alcohol!
