Kanye West's Yeezus Tour Is Coming to Phoenix
Kanye West's Yeezus tour is coming to Phoenix in December, which means you have less than two months to think about how "I Am a God" is going to sound at US Airways Center. The Phoenix date is set for Tuesday, December 10 -- just after the first wave of dates, which began over the weekend at Key Arena in Seattle. Kendrick Lamar, who headlined his own show at Mesa Amphithreatre, will open for Kanye, because Kanye has not yet figured out how to open for himself.

The last time we saw Kanye in Phoenix it was his face projected around town in the second wave of "New Slaves" projections. This time we will almost certainly be treated to the rest of him.
In fact, if the show in Seattle is any indication, we will be treated to the rest of him, a large helping of Yeezus' furious minimalism (in a very maximalist live set-up), and somebody dressed like Jesus Christ, which would feel a little on the nose for anybody not named Kanye.
Tickets will start at $45 and go up from there, though not quite as high as you might think for a show that has Kendrick Lamar and our risen Lord as support acts.
