We're a music blog, sure, but damn, if we don't love our pro wrasslin'. The four-band F. Bom Smack Down lineup includes Japhy's Descent, St Ranger, Tugboat and Instructions. Prepare for a rock 'em sock 'em good time.

There's no better way to spend a Friday night than checking out a goofy, but awesome, friendly wrestling rock battle.

The so-called fight is free, so there's no excuse not to catch the madness as it happens at Long Wong's.
