KWSS 106.7 FM Goes Off-Air, Still Streaming Online

KWSS: Terrestrial silence.
​Local independent radio station KWSS 106.7 FM went off the air today.

The station, which we profiled in a cover story  this spring, is still streaming online at kwss.org and will continue hosting its popular The Morning Infidelity show from 6 to 10 a.m. MST on the Internet.

We called representatives from KWSS 106.7, who declined to comment today. They are expected to make an official statement tomorrow about why they've gone off air and the future of the station. Check back tomorrow for that official statement, and some words from KWSS personality Beef.

Damn that sucks, I just recently started listening to them at work and at home and they became my favorite radio station. I guess now I'll have to listen to them at home, on my computer.

i listen @ kwss.org anyway, so no biggie. but what a shame the valley doesn't get their daily fix tho. tmi is addicting.
