Lil Wayne's new video, "John," premieres today. Weezy's latest visual opus finds the rapper in an abandoned warehouse, outside on a dock, on top of a mountain of car tires, and surrounded by bats, while guest rapper Rick Ross rolls around in a wheelchair with flashy spinners.

Bizarre? A bit, but this is Lil Wayne we're talking about.

Wayne hired director Collin Tilley to shoot the video after seeing Tilley's work on Chris Brown's "Look at Me Now" video, which Weezy guest starred in. The whole vibe of "John" is dark and grimey, and even includes strippers dancing in cages with knives. But the lyrics of the song -- full title: "John (If I Die Tonight)" - are pretty morbid, too. At one point, Lil Wayne raps: "If I die today, remember me like John Lennon."

That's a lofty request, especially when he later raps, "I'm not a star, somebody lied."
