Keith Richards Reportedly Recording New Material

Keith Richards is said to be recording new material at a studio in New York City, according to Spinner.

There's no word yet on whether he's been working on material for the Rolling Stones, a solo project, or producer and drummer Steve Jordan's side project band, the Verbs.

Rumors have been floating around that Mick Jagger has been working on a solo album as well with the help of Dave Stewart, which makes a solo project by Richards more likely than a new Stones contribution.

Hard at work at Germano Studios in Manhattan with Jordan and engineer Dave O'Donnell, we can expect to hopefully get some new music from Richards pretty soon.
