Sam Means' "Yeah Yeah" Used in AT&T Commercial

Categories: Video

Sam Means, one half of defunct duo The Format, put out a great record last year. Despite my admonishment to pick it up when it was only $1.99 on iTunes, you may well not have heard the record since it since it was the soundtrack to an indie flick called The Sinking of Santa Isabel and a lot of it was instrumental.

A lot of people are going to be hearing the single, "Yeah Yeah," now. The song is used in this just-released AT&T commercial which means Means, who now runs a cool local band merch maker, is gettin' paaaaaaaid. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Good for him! :) I just heard this song on the AT&T commercial and decided to look it up.

If anyone deserves it, it's Sam! So happy for him and his family.
