Why Nick Mason Rejected Pink Floyd Reunion

It's not that Mason, Pink Floyd's drummer, didn't want to support Palestinian refugee children, but rather that he was displeased with the choice of venue that was made for the event.
Pink Floyd members David Gilmour and Roger Waters ended up playing the Hoping For the Children of Palestine 2010 gig at Kiddington Hall in Oxfordshire (Jemimah Kahn's new home) without Mason. Mason has finally told the Daily Telegraph that he would've been down for the reunion had he not discovered who the house belonged to because he felt the large venue wasn't appropriate for the nature of the event.
"I said I would do it, but it was a charity event for suits, and it felt wrong to turn a small thing into a big deal just because Jemimah Kahn was in attendance," Mason said.
Well, here's to hoping for an eventual reunion. In the meantime, be sure to catch Roger Waters perfoming Pink Floyd's album The Wall at the US Airways Center tomorrow night.
