Arcade Fire, Caribou, Steve Martin, and More in This Week's Issue

Arcade Fire: a band that Canada should be proud of
Canada can't brag about Nickelback and Alanis Morissette like they can about alt-rockers Arcade Fire. Arcade Fire is a band of risk takers that writes powerful songs and puts on awesome shows. Furthermore, they released one of the most revolutionary music videos of the year for their song "We Used to Wait." Thankfully, they can't be put in that unfortunate category of ordinary rock that so many Canadian artists fall into.

Daniel Snaith, a.k.a. Caribou, is stepping out of his comfort zone with an album that people can dance to. He's working more of a club feel into his music as he prepares for his first tour through South America. Also, Steve Martin now has one more thing in common with Adam Sandler, Jack Black, and Tom Green, among others: he has joined the list of comedians-turned-musicians.

Plus we've got show previews for Tea Leaf Green, Phantogram, Atomic Punks, Tech N9ne & E-40, Jack Johnson, and David Allan Coe.
