​Do you like blood? How about grown men in overblown, sci-fi/horror inspired costumes spitting buckets of it at you? Well then, you're in luck -- GWAR is coming to Phoenix this November.

What started as a shock-rock outfit in Richmond, Virginia in 1994 has evolved into one of -- if not the -- most interesting live shows to date. Thrash metal songs consisting of raunchy, obscene lyrics set to elaborate stages shows is what GWAR does best -- lest we forget their penchant for lampooning celebrities and other figureheads. It's a mindbogglingly complex system that hasn't failed in 16 years, so wear your cleanest white shirt and get ready for some good-natured, all-around fun.
