Wyclef Jean Hasn't Given Up Hope on Haitian Presidency

The best part? Jean is tweeting the news for all the world to see. The tweet read, "Tomorrow our Lawyers are appealing the decision of the CEP. We have met all the requirements set by the laws. And the law must be Respected."
In actuality though, the legality of his candidacy is one of the things about his decision to run that may not be legal. While the Fugee was born in Haiti, the law requires that a presidential candidate must live inside the country for the five years leading up to the election in order qualify.
