This week's music feature is on the local hip-hop duo American Negro and their belief that good beats and socially conscious lyrics belong together, even though they claim a lot of people can only get a handle on one, and not both.

Craig Outhier talks with Alex Ebert, frontman for Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes on the fictitious Sharpe, who is, "just another messianic porn star whose mission to save mankind is disrupted by a series of romantic entanglements with beautiful women. Sort of a male Barbarella."

Albert Ching gives you a handful of reasons why Iron Maiden still matter, and Martin Cizmar reviews the new Miniature Tigers album.

Plus we've got show previews for Cake, LeAnn Rimes, Raining and OK, and Erykah Badu.
