The End of the Lopsided World: Jonathan L's Last Radio Shows are This Weekend

• <p>Uncle Miltie's Staying Groovy Set with Flotsam & Jetsam, etc., was awesome. And, on the topic of stuff first heard on his show, I still remember hearing Yo La Tengo's version of "Speeding Motorcycle" for the first time on his show. </p>

• <p>This is a sad news; his show was the only interesting thing on the radio. Where else could you hear Helloween, some crazy alt-prog band you'd never heard of, and KMFDM all in the same hour? Awesome. I hope somebody will step in and fill the void, but I don't have high hopes.</p>

• <p>Best wishes, Jonathan. Thanks for making my Saturday mornings interesting and edumacational.</p>

• <p>Liz, ain't it funny how we all remember exactly who first told us about Nirvana and exactly who told us when Kurt Cobain was dead?</p>
