Shakira Crafts Charity T-Shirt, Proves She's a Better Designer than Singer

One T-shirt ($26), with an Ed Hardy-ish front, has an intricate drawing of angels, wings, a guitar and flowers. It's actually very pretty, and would go great with the bracelet she crafted. The purple, blue and turquoise jewelry ($12) is made from glass beads and is also eye-catching.
Shakira also has a T-shirt up for sale with a hot pink guitar and more angel wings ($28). It looks a little less grown-up than the one pictured but is still cute.
In fact, becoming a fashion designer might be a great career choice for the vocally-challenged Shakira, especially if she donates part of the proceeds from every fashionable sale to her charity, like she's doing with the Hard Rock. If you buy the bracelet, 100 percent of the profits will go to Pies Descalzos Foundation, and 15 percent of the retail price from the T-shirts will go there as well.
Pies Descalzos Foundation sounds like a pretty awesome cause -- it gives poor children in Columbia an opportunity for education, as well as meals and psychological support.
