They're called "Easter-Suess flowers" and are available for sale (just in time for the holiday) at Kooky Krafts.

​Kooky Krafts is located at 1500 Grand Avenue and will be open tonight, Friday, April 2, from 5 to 10 p.m. and tomorrow, Saturday, April 3, from noon to 5 p.m.
