6 Last Minute Valentine's Day Don'ts

News flash: Valentine's Day is in less than 48 hours. If you don't have plans now, you will be tempted to take dangerous paths towards Valentine's Day merriment. Luckily for you, we have experienced all of the possible pitfalls and can help you avoid them.
Whatever you do this Valentine's Day, do not:
Write A Song - Forget it. Do you even play an instrument? Just because you waited until the last minute to figure out your Valentine's plan does not mean you're Lennon/McCartney. Instead, make a mixed CD for your significant other. And we mean a CD here. Buying a playlist on iTunes is not romantic. Carefully pick out songs your S.O. will like and burn them to compact disc with the heat of your passion...or, you know, your CD burner.
Buy Scalped Tickets for a Sold-Out Concert - Nothing says I love you like negotiating with a ticket scalper during the opening band. Face it. You missed your window for celebrating Valentine's at the rock show. Instead, grab a concert DVD of your S.O.'s favorite band, especially if you don't like them. You'll received bonus points for expanding your musical horizons while enjoying the music from a cozier venue.
Play Music by Any of the Following Bands, Artists, and Musicians:
Barry White, The Darkness, Journey, Britney Spears (Especially the song "Sometimes I run"), Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Jason Mraz, R. Kelly, Marvin Gaye, or Remy Shand. Just don't.
On second thought, throw a little Journey on.
