Chester Bennington Strips for PETA
The Phoenix native displays his massive collection of tattos in the "Ink Not Mink" ad, which tells viewers to be comfortable in their own skin and "let animals keep theirs." It's no surprise Bennington's covered in skin art--he owns the Club Tattoo franchise in the Valley.
On PETA's website, Bennington says, "Electrocuting animals, skinning them while they're alive--these are acts of inhumanity. Because it's out of sight, it's usually out of mind for most people, and we need to show our respect for all creatures of this world."
The website also features a video with an interview with Bennington, who says he's a big animal supporter who advocates adopting animals and encourages spaying and neutering pets.
The link also allows viewers to enter to win an autographed copy of Out of the Ashes, the debut album by Dead by Sunrise. Deadline to enter is Friday, December 11.
