Nickelback Auction Off Guitar, Meet and Greet, For Ear Candy
Nickelback's ability to line-up high profile support is well-known -- just look at the above video. Ear Candy's Nate Anderson has proven he isn't far behind though, lining up an impressive array of stars to help the charity he founded, which funds music education programs for children. Now the two are teaming up, as the Phoenix-based charity offers the Ultimate Nickelback Fan Package before Tuesday's show at Jobing.com Arena.
The package, up for auction at EarCandy's site includes an autographed guitar, a meet and greet with the band and a pair of tickets. The auction runs through 1 p.m. the day of the show.
"It is great to be a part of such a huge concert in the valley. To know we have the support out there is fantastic and we are beyond excited for the future," Anderson said. "Our partnership with Live Nation has already given us access to so many possibilities to help us with our mission of providing kids access to music education. Nickelback specifically is a huge band that will draw larger audiences to support Ear Candy, this is radical stuff!!!"
