The Gaslight Anthem

​It's been nearly a year since The Gaslight Anthem started buzzing with the release of their second album, The '59 Sound, but they're showing no signs of cooling off. In fact, last month was arguably the band's best ever month, as a guest appearance by Bruce Springsteen, the Godfather of their Jersey Shore Sound, at one of the European festival shows sent their album sales up 200%, according to NME. Phoenix gets a look at the band on September 15 as they come to Martini Ranch with Murder By Death and The Loved Ones.

Speaking of deathy bands, Cartoon Network's virtual band Dethklok has a show scheduled for November at Mesa Ampitheatre. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Rufus Wainwright also announced Valley shows this week. Full listings on the jump.
