Desert Punk Slamboree Brings Best of AZ Punk Rock to The Sets

Some of Arizona's rising punk rock bands will take the stage Saturday, Aug. 22 for The Desert Punk Slamboree at Tempe's The Sets. The punk rock music showcase, which will boast a combination of punk and harcore acts, will feature The Glass Heroes, Rotten Youth, My Doll, The Video Nasties, Planfield Butchers, Die Ignorant, Automatic Self Destruct, Awful Truth and Contact Yourself.
Pre-sale tickets are a mere $5 if you snap them up from one of the bands on the bill. The fun starts at 5 p.m.
