​Last week was 1969. This week is 1975. Next week could be anywhere before, after or in between at The Saguaro's Old Town Whiskey. Classic Album Thursday is Mr. P-Body's classic rock equivalent of a time machine... or it's just a good excuse to relax, to drink a couple creative cocktails and to put on some of your favorite old school records.

​It's 5 o'clock somewhere, but that doesn't matter when you're at 32 Shea where you can get a drink at 6 a.m. and it'll even be on special. Even though the 12-Hour Happy Hour may not be the best bargain in town, it is the longest one.

​Bliss Rebar is a metallic forest free-for-all with its combination of urban, industrial and rural designs. The heavily forested bar can be enjoyed at an increasingly blissful price as 2-4-1 Wednesdays continues past 9 p.m. and on into the downtown Phoenix night.

​Mad Woman Wednesdays at the The Duce in downtown Phoenix is a ladies' night that's all about fresh and organic vintage cocktails and loud live music. The night's kept a pretty low profile, but with any luck, the dance floor will be buzzing next Wednesday.

The Word of the Day deal is the best bar buy we've discovered in a while. The cool and kitschy Hula's Modern TIki combines two-for-one fruity drinks, Dr. Funk, and 1950s style for a Thursday worth checking Facebook for.

​The Ho Wine Experience can leave you feeling a bit, um, inexperienced. The weekly Wednesday wine special features $5 glasses of signature wines and the swanky as always style of Cafe ZuZu and the Hotel Valley Ho. However, the best beverages and bargains came courtesy of the Cool Redux happy hour.

​Thursdays at Alice Cooperstown are supposedly all about the drinks. Unfortunately, Thirsty Thursdays left us a little parched. The sportiest of Downtown Phoenix sports bars was out of its special, had a counter full of empty stools and to top it all off it closed  at the wee hour of 9 p.m.
