Skyline Lofts

What Skyline Lofts lacks in color it makes up for in size and location. The mammoth apartment complex is a stone's throw from First Fridays on Roosevelt Row, shows at Space 55 and FilmBar, and dinner and drinks at such places as Pizzeria Bianco and Bliss ReBar. Residents at Skyline Lofts have access to a large pool and barbecue courtyard, gym, and lounge. Rent runs from $1,087 to $3,397. Floor plans come in studio, one, two, or three bedroom designs, and penthouses. Apartment features include exposed concrete floors and ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer, Whirpool kitchen appliances, and balconies. Visit www.skylineloftsapartments.com or call 602-374-7133.

Aura at Midtown is a &$@!-hole! Everything is broken down and old, cockroaches EVERYWHERE outside, and my boyfriend's car was broken into just weeks after his neighbor's. Good luck getting a hold of the staff if you need help - they never answer the phone or return emails or voicemails, and will even go as far as to ignore people trying to get into the locked office during business hours (that is, if they are even ever in there during business hours). This place's management company is a total and complete joke. Do not move here if you want to feel safe in your apartment or even just satisfied with your living arrangements in general, you won't get it.

Melissa Rein Lively-Don't lie, all of the Cabana apartments in AZ are horrible, and are managed by Leonardo properties out of California.  Employees lie and are lazy, all of the apartments are run down and old, and they buy Facebook likes for all of their apartments Facebook accounts.  As if a small apartment complex like Cabana at the Pointe could actually get 5000+ likes!!! There is only about 100 apartments there and Leonardo has only managed them for a year.  This company is shady and wants everyone to think it's a "hip" place to live, when all it is is a coat of bright and obnoxious paint and re-branding of old dumpy apartments.  So how could you actually honestly say "You missed the Cabanas", you probably work there and think it's ok to post lies about how great it is to live there...when really they are all crap!!

I would hate living in the ones where they have the First Friday art crowds.  Can you imagine the traffic and noise?

Anthem might as well be in california, that is why its not listed. Same with Queen Creek and all of those other 1 hour away from everything places.

If you are interested in the growing city of Queen Creek check out Encantada Queen Creek apartments. Beautiful and low rates.

Because it's almost an hour away from the urban core.

I'll say the same thing I said the last time you posted this. Could we get a list for people who can't afford penthouse prices? My guess is 80% of your readers fall into this category.

What about Roosevelt Square and Roosevelt Pointe? Both are by far cooler than Skyline and Oasis combined

How about a list for those of us who can't afford penthouse prices? My guess is 80% of your readers fall into that category.

And none of these are available for purchase. The downtown condo market sucks.
