My Voice Nation Help

My wife loves to dance and used to do it in high school. We are both in college now and she hasn't danced in 4 years, so she is afraid to try out for the dance team. I really want her to start dancing again because she misses it so bad, but she is afraid to join any team. Thanks for the article so I can see what other options she might have.
