Pedal Craft at MonOrchid Gallery in Dowtown Phoenix, 10/25/13
Pedal Craft, self proclaimed as "a bicycle themed poster party in urban Phoenix," brings together bicycles and design to cap off Phoenix Design Week 2013. The event took place at MonOrchid Gallery in Phoenix and featured bicycle-related poster designs from 15 local designers. A percentage of the proceeds from poster sales was donated to The Welcome to America Project, a non-profit organization that creates community connections and builds bridges of neighborly understanding by providing furniture, basic necessities, education, and additional resources to newly arriving refugees.
