Friday at 7:30 p.m. is sold out, but $35 tickets are available for the 10 p.m. show Friday, Saturday's 10 p.m. show, and Sunday's 7 p.m. set. There is a two-drink minimum per person. Call 480-921-9877.

Modern Phoenix Superlite Block Plant Tour @ Superlite Block
Though she recently left Phoenix for Portland, Blooming Rock Development founder Taz Loomans hasn't written off this Valley entirely. Case in point: Loomans leads the Modern Phoenix Superlite Block Plant Tour from 9 to 11 a.m. on Friday, April 19.

Loomans will discuss the types of blocks Superlite manufactured (and continues to make), as well as how the blocks are incorporated into local architecture. Tickets are $40. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own hard hats.
