Why we're headed back: This opening marks Scott's sixth boutique, and she says she plans to have 13 stores open by the end of 2013. And we can't wait to try out its color bar, where shoppers can customize their own pieces from drawers of gems toward the back of the store. Salespeople can make the earrings, necklaces, or rings to individual's specifications. Ahoppers can walk away that day with an accessory of whatever design and color they choose -- without any markup compared to what the ready-made items cost.
