Subtract the time it takes for the annual T-Day meal itself (as well as the requisite food coma) and you've still got plenty of time left to kill over the four-day holiday. Instead of wasting away the hours watching football, the Macy's parade, or engaging in the annual fracas known as Black Friday, consider shaking a tailfeather at one of the Thanksgiving weekend parties being put on at many of the Valley's bars and dance clubs, including the nine celebrations we've found.

Relentless Beats Arty is scheduled to appear on Wednesday, November 21, at Wild Knight in Scottsdale.
Wild Knight
Russian-born trance and house superstar Arty will spend the night before Turkey Day getting people moving by dishing out phat beats aplenty during the annual Dancegiving party on Wednesday, November 21, at the posh Scottsdale nightclub. Lucky Break
The Tempe billiards and beers joint will host a "Pre-Turkey Bash" on Wednesday, November 21, which will feature a slew of drink specials -- including $2 well cocktails, $3 pints of any of its dozens of brews, $3 Purple Gang Coolers, and $5 Sun Bombers. A trip to Las Vegas will be given away, DJ G will spin up music videos and hot tracks starting at 9 p.m., and $5 plates of wings will be served. The specials start at 7 p.m. and there's no cover.
The Mint
DJ MCB will be in the mix all evening during The Mint's Thanksgiving Eve party on Wednesday, November 21. Besides half-priced appetizers and specialty cocktails that will be served during happy hour, a number of drink specials will be available.
