Scottsdale Public Art's Canal Convergence is a two-day celebration of Arizona's waterworks, arts community, and the point at which the two meet. On the Scottsdale Waterfront, fest-goers will find interactive artwork and canal installations from such artists as Tex Jernigan, Christopher Janney, and Jeff Zischke. Live music and food trucks will also be on-site. In the afternoon, Christy Puetz leads a workshop and community collaborative installation titled Sparkly Fish. The event, which takes place on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., is free to attend.
