Welcome to the Mandarin Ginger Fizz.
Ingredients: Part orange juice, part ginger, Rice Paper's cocktail menu favorite is a self-described way to "stay healthy" -- with a good dose of vodka.

- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 oz. Sky Ginger Vodka
- Splash of orange juice and simple syrup (to fill the glass)
- Simple Syrup (to taste)

- Stir, don't shake.
- Garnish with one orange wheel
