1. Miracle Report:
ASU Art Museum's Social Studies series continues with new work from Julianne Swartz and Ken Landauer, titled Miracle Report. Throughout their exhibition, the two artists plan to interview community members and create installations that reflect "some beauty, some hocus-pocus and some unexplainable magic." Anyone who would like participate or share a story can email the museum's Nicole Herden at Nicole.herden@asu.edu. The exhibition opens January 21, with an opening reception Jan. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m.
2. For Rent:
Two commercial spaces are available at Seventh and McKinley Streets (near Space 55 Theatre). For more information, call (602) 435-6531 or (602) 486-8808.

3. Being Elmo:
Kevin Clash always dreamed of being on Sesame Street, and, armed with a puppet he designed called Elmo, stopped at nothing for an audition. Being Elmo is the story of a "puppeteer's journey" that traces Clash's character back to his own childhood. Being Elmo comes to FilmBar on January 24 and 31. Check out the new trailer below:
