DarkCon 2012, Online Artifacts at the King Center, and Fotoshop by Adobé

Categories: Morning Buzz
Welcome to the Morning Buzz, a catch-up on interesting happenings around the city and country and a quick guide to what (and who) to keep your eyes on. We'll be here, first thing every weekday, to get you going. Here's what's buzzing this morning:
1. DarkCon 2012 at the Phoenix Marriott Mesa
DarkCon 2012 welcomed the funkiest and steampunkiest sections of society to come together in Mesa and celebrate all things fantasy and sci-fi related over the weekend. Circus Bacchus kicked off the four-day event with some lovely ladies and a few feats of strength. Check out the full slideshow here

2. The King Center
C&G Partners just launched a redesigned website and online resource for The King Center in Atlanta. The archive includes never before seen artifacts, including letters, notes, photos, and speeches from the Martin Luther King collection. All of the information is free and available to the public here.

3. Fotoshop by Adobé by Jesse Rosten
"This commercial isn't real, neither are society's standards of beauty."
