Embedded is a book which examines the floors of gallery/art spaces throughout the city of Phoenix, fusing an interplay of conceptual thought, technology, and linkages between physical place and digital realm. Aspects of space and time are compressed, bringing the here and there of somewhere into provisional view. What happens next, if anything, is up to you, the participating spectator.

The countdown to Best of Phoenix continues!
Last year, we profiled 100 Creatives who made a mark on the local arts scene. This year, we'll have 100 creative representations of Phoenix.  No scope or requirement on medium or size -- we'll include photography, painting, sculpture, video, installation, literary, and more. What do you see when you Imagine PHX?

Wow, this is amazing Artspeak... signifying nothing. I'm sure this tome will just fly off the shelves.I almost miss Bugg's pointless rock candy art in comparison to this.

Well of course - Because your sepia photographs of stone angels and broken, decrepit windows are definitely signifying something. Someone help me please as I attempt to contain my emotions.
