What'd you eat for dinner last night? Last night for dinner, it was linguini with sauteed eggplant, spinach and artichoke hearts.

Favorite food: So many. This question takes me right down the road of indecision, overthinking, second-guessing, etc...I'm gonna just say Brussels sprouts.

Favorite dessert: I switched over to a vegan diet a while back, so a lot of former favorites are no longer on the menu. Trader Joe's has these dark chocolate-covered almonds with sea salt. Those are great.

What'd you eat for dinner last night? I had a 6-inch turkey sub from Subway, Sara-style!

Favorite food: During the week, I eat healthy, but on weekends I eat my favorite food, which is the breadsticks from Olive Garden and Orange Chicken from Panda Express.

Least favorite food: Anything that swam in the ocean.

Favorite dessert: Cookie and ice cream dish from Oregano's.

Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: There's a local pizza shop in the neighborhood I grew up at called Pullano's, and they have the best wings ever!

Favorite drink: Rock Star Energy Drink.

Favorite thing to cook at home: I'm super-bomb at making cereal! Best in town.

Favorite memory involving food: There was this old ice cream shop my parents used to take me when I was a little kid. I used to do cartwheels in the grass and get ice cream.

Recipe or food tip to share: I'm big into fitness, so I eat as healthy as I can throughout the week, but it's important for you to cheat a little on the weekends so that you don't overindulge. My food tips would be when you're out, look for the healthiest options and portion sizes.

Favorite food: My newest favorite thing to eat is egg white omelets with mushrooms, bell peppers, salsa and turkey made in a blender that I got for my birthday.

Least favorite food: Pizza. It makes me feel like I'm in junior high again. Favorite dessert: Pizzookie (pizza cookie) from Oregano's. Half chocolate chip, half white chocolate macadamia nut.

What'd you eat for dinner last night? Had an incredible meal at FnB in Scottsdale that I will fondly remember as I groan to myself for the next few days. I always overeat when I go there--it's just too tasty!

Favorite food: Pad Thai, same thing I had for lunch. I am able to consume quantities of Pad Thai that could kill normal people. Science is at a loss to explain this ability.

Least favorite food: Mushrooms. With all the wonderful, tasty, and interesting things to eat in the world, why would anyone say, "Hey, let's look under this dank, nasty, rotting log here in the forest and eat what is growing under it?"

Favorite dessert: Any with a vowel in the name. I watch what I eat normally so I can save room for ludicrous amounts of dessert consumption.

Favorite dessert: I love chocolate, and I especially appreciate some of the local chocalatiers who have the foresight to combine it with ingredients like cinnamon and cayenne.

The lead singer of local band Kinch plays at the band's third annual Kinchmas party at the Rhythm Room on Thursday, December 23. Proceeds benefit Ozanam Manor, a homeless/transitional shelter in downtown Phoenix. The band says they try to make the night more like a party and less like a traditional concert, with lots of covers and guest appearances among the bands: Rajiv Patel, Yellow Minute and Ladylike, as well as Kinch.

What'd you eat for dinner last night? A cup of clam chowder and French fries from my wife's plate. We went to McCormick and Schmick's happy hour because we are trying to live on a budget. Really living on an appropriate budget for us would probably entail buying rice and beans in bulk and just eating that, but we're bad at living on a budget. Happy hours are the compromise. We are getting to be pros at finding good happy hours.

Favorite food: Basically anything noodle-based.

Least favorite food: Probably Subway. We toured a lot this past year, and oftentimes the gas station Subway is the only food option. It gets pretty gross, pretty quick, and you get so sick of the one thing that you always order, that you start branching out into the sort of peripheral Subway sandwiches--the ones that that feature a "sauce" as one of their main ingredients--and that's always a bad idea.

Favorite dessert: Coffee ice cream.
