You're probably going to have a lot of time to stand around and think about what you want to order when you get to Little Miss BBQ. You'll pull up and almost undoubtedly find yourself standing in a line that snakes out the door of the small dining room and into the parking lot. As you wait, you'll watch as plate after plate of perfectly smoked meats floats out to the patio -- fingers crossed the entire time that nothing sells out by the time you reach the white-tiled counter.

The best advice we can give you is to go for the Two Meat Plate, so that you can experience the restaurant's very well-received brisket and still try another meat. The ribs -- if they're still available -- are a good choice, but at least take the time to consider a portion of the wonderfully smokey pastrami and housemade sausages. The brisket is a no-brainer. After 11 hours in the smoker and a rub that combines pepper, salt, cayenne, and garlic, this meat is just about everything you could want.
