Petite Maison

This year Petite Maison in Scottsdale is offering a menu of gourmet American classics for their Fourth of July celebration. Guests will get a three-course menu that includes watermelon and heirloom tomato salad; grilled corn on a stick with basil butter, cotija cheese, and smoked paprika; and smoked salmon deviled eggs for the table to share. Diners also get their choice of entree: Freedom Foie Burger, Smoked Pork Tacos, Foot Long Kobe Beef Hot Dog, or Naked New England Lobstah Roll -- and dessert. The menu costs $31 a person and reservations are required. The restaurant also has a view of the fireworks at the W Hotel, which begin at 9 p.m.
