As we told you last August the first Burger 21 will be coming to Chandler, bringing with it "a chef-inspired" menu of burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, salads, and handspun shakes. The company has now announced plans to open a second restaurant in the Scottsdale Seville Center at 7001 North Scottsdale Road, on the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend.

The menu includes a selection of 100 percent Angus beef burgers such as Tex-Mex Haystack with lettuce, tomato, applewood-smoked bacon, Gouda, guacamole, onion strings, and chipotle-jalapeño sauce. There are also chicken, seafood (think: Spicy Thai Shrimp Burger), veggie, and turkey burgers along with salads, sliders, hot dogs, chicken tenders, and handspun shakes and floats.
The first Burger 21 opened in November 2010 in Tampa, Fla. and the chain has since grown to include 12 locations in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina and Virginia. The chain currently has another 18 locations in development in six states, including two in Arizona. The fast expansion landed Burger 21 on Fast Casual's Top 100 "Movers and Shakers" list last year.
