Heather Hoch Turkey sandwich on sourdough, with stuffing and cranberry sauce.
If your New Year's resolution involves something along the lines of "eating healthier," you'll be happy to know that Ollie Vaughn's is now open in Central Phoenix. The quaint sandwich shop from former Lux baker Lindsey Magee offers baked goods, prepackaged salads, and sandwiches. Grilled cheese with chard, chicken with apples and pecans and flank steak with caramelized onion and goat cheese are some of the sandwich options, all of which can be ordered up on a variety of freshly made breads. We tried the watercress salad and a few of the pastry treats, you can read all about our first impressions here.
