This week, Market Street Kitchen will welcome Todd Bostock, winemaker at Dos Cabezas WineWorks, to the Valley for a one-night dinner featuring the Sonoita winery's products. The three-course dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception featuring deviled egg and Dos Cabezas 2012 Cabezas Pink, Grenache. Chef Matt Carter's menu includes sea scallops, duck confit ravioli, and wild boar. For dessert, expect dark chocolate crème with whipped blue cheese, ancho chile, and sea salt paired with 2010 Box Car, a fortified dessert wine. The dinner costs $85 a person. The Fountain Hills Farmers Market is back up and running after a summer hiatus with more than 50 food vendors expected each week. Participating food sellers include Agritopia, Double Check Ranch, Bread Brothers, Nutwhats, Pistol Whipped Pastry, Pickled Perfection, and The Tamale Store.
