Zinburger's cheeseburger, along with its other burger creations, are coming to Gilbert next summer.
Recently, restaurants such as Postino East, So Cal Fish Taco Company, and Joyride Taco House have put down stakes in Gilbert, home to restaurateur Joe Johnston's trio of dining spots (Joe's Real BBQ, Liberty Market, and Joe's Farm Grill) for around 15 years.

Now, two more are doing the same.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Zinburger, Sam Fox's gourmet burger chain, and longtime Valley staple Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles, will open locations at Heritage Marketplace, a new, 31,000-square-foot mixed-use complex in Gilbert's historical Heritage District, at the northwest corner of Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue.

The Phoenix Business Journal goes on to say that the project, which broke ground last week, is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2014, and that future phases will add "more than 50,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space."
